Pipeline Insulation A good insulating of the pipes can improve the heating efficiency of the pool heat pump. When the ambient temperature is low, the heat will escape from the exposed pipes into the air, thus reducing the efficiency of the unit. User can use insulation material to wrap the pipes to prevent the water temperature inside the pipes dropping too fast. 2. Make sure it is energized status even if the unit is turned off temporarily When the temperature drops below 0 degrees, water will begin to freeze. As the water expands in volume when it freezes, it can cause damage to the internal parts and pipes of the machine.
