The refrigerant status inside the titanium tubes directly decides the heat exchange rate on the water side. Unlike the smooth tube that has the drawback of incomplete heat exchange by laminar flow, the unique UWO patent spiral tube creates turbulent flow inside and thus the heat exchange is much more sufficient.
We take full consideration of all kinds of factors that affect the heat exchange efficiency in the air side such as fin spacing, fin shape, fin thickness, length of copper tube and air volume, etc. As a result, the refrigerant is fully evaporated in the finned-tube heat exchanger and a certain degree of superheat is achieved. Therefore, the heat exchange area is fully utilized and the stability of the gas system can be ensured.
